I don't really like to make a distinction between Web Design and Development, I think they are both part of the same job - making your website! But of course there is a difference, it's just that I do both, and don't really like to separate them. Maybe I should combine them into Digital Design.
Web Development is the bones of your site. It can look slick and pretty, but if there's not a solid base behind it, it's not going to get very far. I use Couch CMS as the backend of our sites, this lets me get on with building your site without worrying about fitting it into a CMS platform.
If you need something more from your site than just a brochure, I can handle that. We've created complex booking systems, call logging systems, corporate design toolkits, social education applications. If you have an idea for a site, but aren't quite sure if it's possible - get in touch! I'll probably say "Hmmm, that doesn't sound like it would work" at first, and then start thinking about exactly how I can get the job done...
