This site was completed on behalf of GAAP Digital.

This site was built as a standalone Letting Agent website. Traditionally sites like these will integrate with a property feed, such as Rightmove or S1 homes. The plan is to integrate this in the future, but as a short term measure the site was built to stand apart from this model.

I like the look and feel of the site, it definitely feels like a professional letting agency. The main challenge I had when building it without feeding in from a larger, dedicated property system was the search facility - particularly the "search by distance" option. The result probably isn't 100% accurate if you took a trundle wheel out to measure the distances, but it definitely works to my satisfaction.  

Obviously from an SEO standpoint, in this case our on-page SEO foundation won't be enough - competing with companies like Rightmove who have a huge budget for these things isn't going to happen. But I am happy that the site functions just as well (in some aspects better!) as more established property sites.

I hope in the near future to integrate this with a dedicated property feed, a process we are looking forward to learning more about.
